The SPC 3150 Lw Gates Super-HC V-belt is a high-performance component designed for industrial applications where high transmission capacity and compact drive dimensions are required. This belt is characterized by a narrow SPC profile with dimensions: length 3150 mm, width 22 mm and height 18 mm. The inner length of the belt is 3067 mm and the outer length is 3180 mm. The belt is manufactured in accordance with DIN 7753/1 and ISO 4184 standards, which guarantees its compatibility and reliability in various systems.

The belt material is CR (chloroprene rubber), which provides excellent resistance to temperature fluctuations in the range from -30 °C to 60 °C. The patented Flex-Weave® textile cover protects the belt core from oils, dirt and heat, thereby extending its service life and reducing wear. The PES (polyester) cord type ensures even load distribution and high resistance to material fatigue.

The belt has precisely machined flanks that ensure optimal contact with the pulley grooves, minimizing slippage and increasing the efficiency of power transmission. The profile angle is 40°, which contributes to efficient power transmission. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be used is 224 mm.
