The SPA 1285 Lw Gates Delta Narrow V-belt is a modern narrow-profile belt designed for maximum power transmission with minimal installation space. This belt has a length of 1285 mm, a width of 13 mm and a height of 10 mm, and its profile is marked SPA. The manufacturer is the renowned GATES company and the belt is part of the DELTA NARROW series.

The V-belt is coated, which means that its surface is protected by a special coating, namely the patented Flex-Weave®, which provides excellent protection against oil, heat and dirt. This coating extends the overall life of the belt and increases its resistance in demanding operating conditions.

The belt core is made of tensile fibers made of PES (polyester), which are characterized by high strength and resistance to stretching. Thanks to this design, the belt provides up to three times the transmission capacity compared to classic profiles with the same belt width.

The belt is designed to meet DIN 7753/1 and ISO 4184 standards, and is suitable for use in a temperature range from -30 °C to +60 °C. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be installed is 90 mm. The inner length of the belt is 1247 mm and the outer length is 1303 mm.
