The SPA 1257 Lw Gates Delta Narrow V-belt is a modern narrow-profile belt designed for maximum power transmission with minimal installation space. With a length of 1257 mm, a width of 13 mm and a height of 10 mm, it belongs to the SPA profile, and its design allows up to three times the transmission capacity compared to classic profiles with the same pulley width. This belt is made of SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber), which is known for its resistance to wear and temperature fluctuations, with an operating range from -30 °C to +60 °C.

The belt core is made of PES cord, which ensures high strength and resistance to stretching. The patented Flex-Weave® cover provides excellent protection against oil, heat and dirt, thus extending the overall life of the belt. This belt also complies with DIN 7753/1 and ISO 4184 standards, which guarantees its quality and reliability in industrial applications.

The inner length of the belt is 1219 mm, the calculated length Lw is 1257 mm and the outer length La reaches 1275 mm. The belt is designed with an angle of 40°, which contributes to its efficient operation. The minimum pulley diameter on which this belt can be used is 90 mm.
