The SPA 1207 Lw optibelt RED POWER 3 V-belt is a high-performance narrow belt designed for demanding industrial applications. This coated belt is manufactured by Optibelt and belongs to the RED POWER 3 series, which is known for its excellent durability and ability to transmit up to 50% more power compared to conventional V-belts. The belt does not require additional tensioning after installation, which reduces maintenance requirements.

The key element of the design is a pre-tensioned tension member made of specially treated polyester, which ensures minimal belt elongation during operation and stable power transmission. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is provided with a special fabric layer, which increases its resistance to wear and external influences. It is antistatic according to ISO 1813, which guarantees its safety in electrostatically sensitive environments.

The dimensions of the belt are as follows: the inner length Li is 1162 mm, the calculated length Lw is 1207 mm and the outer length La is 1225 mm. The belt width is 12.7 mm and the height is 11 mm. The belt is able to operate in a temperature range from -30 °C to +100 °C, which allows its use in various climatic conditions. The minimum diameter of the pulley on which the belt can be mounted is 90 mm.

Thanks to its robust construction, this belt is also suitable for operations with reverse operation, high loads or dusty environments. Using this belt allows you to reduce the number of belts used or the diameter of the pulleys while maintaining high transmission performance.
