Polyflex® V-belts are synonymous with high power density in a small space. This compact and strong belt with a nominal top width of 3 to 11 mm transmits more power and features a higher gear ratio.

Polyflex® belts were developed by Gates and are manufactured using a patented manufacturing process. They provide higher load capacities even at higher speeds in drives with multiple V-belts. This results in significant savings and greater design freedom.

Polyflex® is suitable for extremely small diameter pulleys and very compact high-speed drives. Ideal for use on machines and tools requiring high power and smooth running in limited space, such as in table milling machines, lathe drives, spindle drives of woodworking and metalworking machines, computer peripherals, small blowers, etc.
