Polyflex® V-belts are synonymous with high power density in a small space. This compact and strong belt with a nominal top width of 3 to 11 mm transmits more power and features a higher gear ratio.

Polyflex® belts were developed by Gates and are manufactured using a patented manufacturing process. They provide higher load capacities even at higher speeds in drives with multiple V-belts. This results in significant savings and greater design freedom.

Polyflex® is suitable for extremely small pulley diameters and very compact high-speed drives.
