Teroson VR 5000 is a solvent-based SBR adhesive with a high initial tack, which is applied by spraying from an aerosol can. It is used as a contact or pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA). The spray does not contain fluorinated and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Teroson Body Adhesive is a contact adhesive in a spray for tight joints, designed for bonding porous and absorbent materials such as fabrics, polyester foams, leather and cushioning materials (e.g. Teroderm - SP 1). Teroson Body Adhesive also bonds wood and polyester materials, cardboard and hard PVC with high and fast bonding strength. 150 to 250 g/m2
·Resistance water-resistant partially resistant to petrol, not resistant to esters, ketones, aromatic solvents and chlorinated hydrocarbons
·Operating temperature -30 to 80 °C
·Short-term (max. 1h) 1h) cleaned, degreased and dry · After application, the adhesive must be allowed to air out for approx. 10 min
·Then press both surfaces firmly together
AREA OF APPLICATION Materials such as textiles, polyether and polyester foams, foam rubber profiles, sealing materials, leather and (untreated, phosphated, galvanised, primed or varnished) wooden materials or polyester materials can be bonded
with TEROSON VR 5000.
