Teroson valve grinding paste, coarse and fine, is a product based on water-soluble synthetic oil and corundum abrasive. Both components are in one can consisting of two separate chambers and openings. The coarse paste (one side of the can) is used for basic pre-grinding and the fine paste (the other side of the can) is used to achieve the desired final surface. Both grinding pastes are easy to use, do not run off the surface and can be easily washed off with water (due to water solubility) after grinding is completed.
Application areas
Valve grinding paste, coarse and fine, is used primarily for grinding valve seats, but can also be used for other components such as valve cones, etc.

Application
Before actual application, first rub both pastes (coarse and fine) thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous paste. If necessary, you can add water.
RecommendationAs a first step, use a coarse paste to grind the parts to achieve almost the desired valve seat. As a second step, we recommend using a fine paste to achieve the final surface and the actual valve seat. After the grinding operation, rinse the parts with water, remove any abrasive residue and dry the parts with compressed air.
ImportantIt is absolutely necessary to remove all abrasive residue from the parts. Any residue can cause damage to the engine.
