TEROSON VR 190 - Brake and Clutch Lining Cleaner - known as Brake & ClutchCleaner
Provides the following properties:
Technology Brake and Clutch Lining Cleaner for Multi-Purpose Use Base Organic Solvents, CHC-Free TEROSON VR 190 is a multi-purpose cleaner based on organic solvents, CHC-Free. The cleaner is halogen-free. TEROSON VR 190 is also available in an aerosol can, using carbon dioxide as the propellant.
APPLICATIONS TEROSON VR 190 Brake and Clutch Lining Cleaner removes oil, grease and other contaminants from all parts such as brake and clutch linings and transmission components. It also removes adhesive and sealant residues from engine flanges, carburettors and gearboxes before applying a new product. The cleaner can also be used to remove hardened grease from hinges and other moving joints before re-lubrication. /> ·Carbon dioxide aerosol driveApplication For occasional cleaning, TEROSON VR 190 is applied directly from the aerosol can. For larger areas, spray from a pressurised bottle, which is filled from a 10 l tin can. The pressurised bottle is filled by unscrewing the cap and filling the container with TEROSON VR 190 (make sure that the maximum level mark is not exceeded). Put the lid back on and tighten it firmly on the container. Pump approx. 30 times until the valve starts to release pressure. The spray can can be adjusted by turning the nozzle. The container must not be pressurised for longer than is necessary for the application of the cleaner. Therefore, depressurise the container before storing. Spray the cleaned parts sufficiently with TEROSON VR 190 cleaner, allowing the excess to drip off. The rapidly evaporating solvents and the pressure of the spray liquid have a combined chemical and mechanical cleaning effect. Do not apply the product to painted surfaces, plastics and rubber. Do not spray on brake hoses. The product must not be sprayed on electrical contacts due to flammability.
