Areas of application:

Terotex – Record 2000 black HS is suitable for repairs to vehicle chassis, wheel arches, wheel overhangs, wheel overhangs, sills and partly also as protection against flying stones.
The preparation is used as a protective coating for painted parts or surfaces treated with primer on the vehicle chassis and for repairs to PVC and rubber/resin-based coatings.
Terotex – Record 2000 black HS is also used for covering and sealing repairs, welds, weld areas and overlays.

Before application:

The surface to which Terotex – record 2000 black HS will be applied must be well cleaned and free of rust. The surface must be clean, free of grease, dirt and dust. Cover the areas that you do not want to paint with paper.
If you are applying the product to the chassis of a new car, it is necessary to remove the protective wax using steam. In the case of an older vehicle, pay attention to removing all rust using a wire brush.

Usage:

Terotex – record 2000 black HS is applied using a Teroson – UBS application gun from 1l cans; application pressure: 4 – 5 bar. Shake the can before use. Do not leave the can open so that the material does not dry out (and does not form a crust on the surface).
On a horizontal surface, the protective coating can be applied in one step with a wet layer thickness of up to 1 mm. To prevent the formation of uncoated areas, apply the material with strokes in different directions (crosswise). Under favorable conditions, the vehicle is ready to drive 2-4 hours after application. It takes 24-48 hours to dry completely.

Important note:

Do not spray on the joint, drive shaft, engine, exhaust and brake system. After using the Teroson - UBS application gun, rinse thoroughly and clean with Cleaner - FL.
