Teroson Terostat-8596 is a one-component, moisture-curing sealant with excellent bead stability based on polyurethane, which hardens to a slightly elastic material in contact with air humidity. The skin formation time and the curing time depend on the air humidity and temperature, the curing time also depends on the depth of the joint. By reducing the temperature and air humidity, you extend the time until the skin formation and curing, low air humidity and temperature values prolong the reaction of the material.

The Terostat 8596 HMLC set contains:

• Polyurethane sealant for direct glazing Terostat 8596, Terostat Primer 8517H, woolen spatula, application nozzle, cleaning wire, wedge, gold. (Toe pliers are not included in the set)

Terostat 8596 sealant has the following properties:

• excellent adhesion to glass, ceramic-coated glass and painted surfaces in combination with Terostat-8517H primer
sealant
• high curing speed
• high resistance to UV radiation in combination with Terostat-8517H primer
• high tensile strength, even after aging

motor vehicles (passenger cars, buses, trucks, tractor and forklift cabs and special vehicles). Single or double window panes of buses and railway carriages.

- good adhesion to original sealants high resistance to UV radiation in combination with Terostat-8517H primer
