Teroson 150 Primer - 150 ml (IDH 267078 / 10985Q)

Teroson 150 is a transparent primer based on chlorinated polyolefins designed to improve the adhesion of adhesives and sealants on plastic and non-porous materials. The product is particularly suitable for use with Terokal 9225 adhesive, which is designed for bonding plastics such as PP/EPDM, SMC, PC, PA, ABS and PUR. Teroson 150 is not suitable for use on plasticized PVC, pure PE and PP.

Application: Teroson 150 is used as a primer for plastics and other non-porous surfaces. It is suitable for application in industrial and automotive repair shops, especially for bodywork and plastic repairs.

Application procedure:

1. Surface preparation: Surfaces must be dry, clean and free of grease, oil, wax and dirt. High-pressure steam cleaning and subsequent cleaning with Teroson VR 10 cleaner are recommended. After drying, the plastic parts must be roughened with a grinder (grit 120) and cleaned again with VR 10 cleaner. Application: Apply Teroson 150 a few minutes before applying the adhesive.
2. Adhesive application: After the primer has dried, apply the adhesive, for example Terokal 9225, and continue with the work process.
