Technomelt AS 9268 H is a hot melt adhesive based on EVA copolymer. When the processing temperature is maintained, it is an adhesive that stands out in particular for its clear thermal stability during melting. The product stands out for its short setting time and is almost odorless.

Recommended working temperature: 170 to 190°C Overheating, as well as prolonged or repeated heating, can lead to a decrease in quality or, in extreme cases, to carbonization of the material. The temperatures listed are standard and may gradually vary over a certain interval depending on the processing. Application Application method: hot melt adhesive gun Apply the adhesive only to the intended location and in a thickness sufficient to ensure complete and intensive adhesion of both surfaces. If the substrates to be bonded have different properties, apply the adhesive to the surface that is more difficult to bond. Immediately after application, assemble the joint and hold it together until the joint holds itself - the time depends on the properties of the bonded surfaces and the setting of the adhesive. If the glued joint is a few tenths of a millimeter wide during the setting time, shrinkage may occur, which will reduce the strength of the joint.
Cleaning For cold cleaning of the application equipment, conveyor belt or other parts, TECHNOMELT CLEANER MELT-O-CLEAN can be used.
