Clean and dry the surfaces to be joined briefly. Mark the installation depth on the pipe end. Apply Tangit PVC-U/PVC-C, ABS Cleaner using absorbent paper towels and thoroughly clean the dry surfaces to be bonded. Use a new paper towel for each cleaning. Stir Tangit adhesive before use, then apply along both sides with a brush (thin layer inside the fitting, thick at the pipe end), connect the pipe and fitting without twisting or jamming during the open time and hold firmly for a few seconds. Do not subject the bonded joint to mechanical stress for 5 minutes. After the last bonding, wait at least 10–12 hours before placing the pipe in the trench. Waiting time before putting it into operation and carrying out a pressure test: 24 hours for new installations, in in case of repairs 1 hour per bar of pressure – in individual cases even longer. Consumption For approximately 30 joints at d = 63 mm (calculated on 500 g) Warning Avoid contact with open flames and sparks when working. Ensure good ventilation in the work area.
