SKF Explorer NUP 220 ECP - single-row separable radial roller bearing with an injection-molded window cage made of glass-fibre reinforced polyamide 6.6 guided by rollers, higher load capacity and normal radial internal clearance. The bearing can operate at temperatures up to +120°C.
The outer ring of the bearing has two guide flanges and the inner ring has one fixed and one loose, which is formed by a loose support ring. This prevents axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing and the bearing can be used as a bidirectional axial guide. The rollers are guided by flanges. For easier assembly, the bearing can be divided into an outer ring with a cage with rollers, an inner ring and a support ring. SKF Explorer bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in the main operating parameters, dynamic load capacity and are manufactured with higher than normal accuracy. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to accuracy class P6.
