SKF energy-efficient bearing E2.625 2Z C3 - non-separable single-row radial ball bearing with an open cage guided by balls made of glass-fiber reinforced composite polymer with non-contact sheet metal seals on both sides and with a higher radial clearance than normal. The cover plates of the 625-2Z C3 bearing are pressed into the grooves of the outer ring and fit snugly against the smooth inner ring. The 625 2Z C3 bearing is designed for storage with a rotating inner ring and is filled with a high-quality lubricant with low noise and low friction for the entire service life of the bearing. If the outer ring rotates, lubricant may leak at higher speeds.
SKF E2.625-2Z/C3 energy-efficient bearings are designed primarily for use in electric motors, pumps for high speeds, light to medium loads. They represent a new group of high-performance rolling bearings, offer a significant increase in the main operating parameters, such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity and are manufactured with higher accuracy than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to accuracy class P5. The friction torque is approximately 50% lower than standard bearings, they have an operating temperature of 5 to 15 °C lower and achieve twice the mean time between failures.
