Thin universal washer AS for thrust needle roller bearings. Thin universal washers for thrust needle roller bearings are supplied as separate components. They are made of spring steel and hardened, both surfaces of the washers are polished and can be used as a raceway. The washers can provide a cost-effective solution if the adjacent machine components are not hardened but have sufficient rigidity and runout requirements are moderate. They can be used as shaft or housing washers for AXK series bearings and as shaft washers for AXW series bearings. They allow full interchangeability of washers. They require minimal axial space.
