SKF Explorer bearing 627 2RSH C3 - non-separable single-row radial ball bearing with a steel cage guided by balls with a double-sided friction seal and a radial clearance greater than normal. The seals of the 627 2RS C3 bearing are made of oil-resistant and abrasion-resistant rubber, which is vulcanized onto a metal reinforcement and is pressed into grooves in the outer ring. The sealing blades rest on the edges of the grooves in the inner ring. The 627-2RS C3 bearing is filled with high-quality grease with a temperature range from -40°C to +100°C for the entire service life of the bearing.
SKF 627-2RSH/C3 Explorer class bearings represent a new group of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in the main operating parameters, dynamic load capacity and are manufactured with higher accuracy than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to accuracy class P6.
