SKF 6005-2Z/VA208 ball bearing - Single row deep groove ball bearings for high temperature applications with double shields are designed for severe operating conditions, with some variants capable of operating at temperatures up to 350 °C. They have a larger radial internal clearance and use graphite-based lubricants that allow operation at high temperatures. They are lubricated for the entire life of the bearing and the entire surface of the bearings and shields is treated with manganese phosphate, which increases the adhesion of the lubricant to the metal and improves their running-in properties. Like ball bearings in general, they are extremely versatile, can withstand radial and axial loads in both directions and are easy to mount. They are optimized for operation at high temperatures - up to 350 °C (660 °F). Easy replacement with grease-lubricated bearings of the corresponding ISO dimensions.
