SKF Explorer 3304 A-2RS1TN9/C3MT33 - non-separable double row angular contact ball bearing with optimized internal design without filler grooves, plastic cage made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6.6 guided by two rows of balls and two rows of balls larger than normal.
The seals are made of oil-resistant and abrasion-resistant rubber, which is vulcanized to a metal reinforcement and are pressed into grooves in the outer ring. The sealing blades rest on the beveled edges of the inner ring. The bearing is filled with high-quality NLGI class 3 grease with a temperature range from -30°C to +120°C for the entire life of the bearing.
The bearing has a contact angle of 30°; and the rolling elements are arranged as in a paired pair of single row angular contact ball bearings in an O configuration, i.e. back to back. The bearing can carry both radial and bidirectional axial loads. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering significant improvements in key operating parameters such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, higher normality and dynamic load capacity and are manufactured. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to accuracy class P6.
