SKF Explorer 3205 A-2Z/MT33 - non-separable double row angular contact ball bearing with optimized internal design without filler grooves, steel cage guided by two rows of balls, non-contact sheet metal seals on both sides and with normal axial. The cover plate fits the smooth inner ring. The bearing is designed for installation with a rotating inner ring and is filled with high-quality NLGI class 3 grease with a temperature range of -30°C to +120°C for the entire life of the bearing. If the outer ring rotates, grease leakage may occur at higher speeds.
The bearing has a contact angle of 30° and the rolling elements are arranged as in a paired pair of single row angular contact ball bearings in an O configuration, i.e. back to back, and can carry both radial and bidirectional axial loads. SKF Explorer class bearings represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings with reduced noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity and are manufactured with higher accuracy than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to accuracy class P6.
