SKF Explorer 3204 A-2Z - non-separable double row angular contact ball bearing with optimized internal design without filler grooves, steel cage guided by two rows of balls, non-contact sheet metal seals on both sides and with normal axial clearance. The cover plate fits the smooth inner ring. The bearing is designed for installation with a rotating inner ring and is filled with high-quality NLGI class 3 grease with a temperature range of -30 °C to +120 °C for the entire service life of the bearing. If the outer ring rotates, grease leakage may occur at higher speeds. The bearing has a contact angle of 30° and the rolling elements are arranged as in a paired pair of single row angular contact ball bearings in the \O\ configuration, i.e. back to back, and can transmit radially. Explorer classes represent a new class of high-performance rolling bearings, offering a significant increase in the main operating parameters, such as noise, vibration, heat generation, operational reliability, dynamic load capacity and are manufactured with higher accuracy than normal. The dimensional accuracy corresponds to accuracy class P6."
