Sicomet 8400 is a transparent, clear to straw-colored ethyl cyanoacrylate liquid instant adhesive with medium viscosity. The product is fast-curing and suitable for bonding most plastics, elastomers and metals. Due to its ability to fill small gaps and excellent drop control, it is ideal for general use, as well as for bonding porous materials such as foam rubber. The product withstands temperatures up to +80 °C, and for a short time up to +100 °C.
