Product detailed description

The TEX countersunk Phillips head screw is designed according to DIN 7504P, which is equivalent to ISO 15482. This screw has dimensions of 4.8 mm in diameter and 22 mm in length, making it ideal for applications where a quick and efficient connection of sheets is required without the need for pre-drilling holes. Thanks to its self-drilling tip, it is able to penetrate metal materials, reducing assembly time and increasing productivity.

The screw head is countersunk, which means that after assembly it is flush with the surface of the material, achieving an aesthetically clean appearance and minimizing the risk of catching on protruding parts. The Phillips cross-groove allows for efficient transmission of torque from the tool to the screw, which reduces the risk of damage to the groove and increases the reliability of the connection.

The screw material is A2 grade stainless steel, which provides high corrosion resistance and is therefore suitable for use in outdoor conditions or in environments with higher humidity. This feature ensures a long service life of the joints even in demanding conditions.

The TEX countersunk screw is ideal for applications in construction, metalworking and other industries where reliable and fast connection of metal components is required. Thanks to its technical properties and material composition, it is suitable for use in a wide range of applications where the emphasis is on the quality and durability of the joints.
