Product detailed description

The cylinder head screw with internal hexagon according to DIN 912, ISO 4762 and ČSN 021143 is designed for fixed screw connections with high preload. This type of screw is ideal for applications where it is necessary to achieve high joint strength and at the same time ensure easy assembly and disassembly using an Allen key.

The screw has a metric thread with a diameter of M6 and a length of 70 mm. The material from which it is made is stainless steel of class A4-70, which guarantees high resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear. The strength class A4-70 indicates that the screw has a minimum yield strength of 450 MPa and a tensile strength of 700 MPa. These properties make it suitable for use in demanding environments where high resistance to chemicals and atmospheric influences is required.

The cylindrical head of the screw allows for even pressure distribution on the surface of the material, thereby minimizing the risk of damage to the assembled part. The internal hexagon (hexagon) ensures reliable torque transmission during assembly and disassembly, which is important for precise and safe tightening of the joint. The screw is suitable for use in various industrial sectors, including mechanical engineering, construction and the chemical industry.
