The cylinder head screw with internal hexagon, also known as an Allen screw, is manufactured according to DIN 912, ISO 4762 and ČSN 021143. This screw has a metric thread with a diameter of M12 and a length of 130 mm, with a thread length of 36 mm. The thread pitch is 1.75 mm, which is a standard pitch for this diameter. The screw is made of steel with a strength class of 12.9, which means that it has a high tensile strength, namely at least 1220 MPa. This strength class is suitable for applications where high preload and resistance to dynamic loads are required.
