The cylinder head screw with internal hexagon according to DIN 912, ISO 4762 and ČSN 021143 is intended for fixed screw connections with high preload. This screw is suitable for assembly using an Allen key, which allows for efficient torque transmission and reduces the risk of damage to the screw head during assembly.

The screw has a metric thread with a diameter of M20 and a pitch of 2.50 mm. The total length of the screw is 200 mm, while the thread length is 52 mm. The cylinder head of the screw has a diameter of 30 mm and a height of 20 mm, which provides sufficient surface area for torque application. The B1 width, which is critical for the correct attachment of the Allen key, is 17 mm.

The screw is made of steel of strength class 8.8, which means that it has a yield strength of 640 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 800 MPa. This strength class is suitable for applications where high mechanical resistance and reliability of connections are required.
