The round flat washer, thick, according to DIN 7349 and ČSN 021708, is intended for use with heavy tension pins and screws, where higher strength and stability of the connection is required. This washer has an inner diameter (d1) of 4.3 mm and an outer diameter (d2) of 12 mm, while its thickness (width s) is 1.6 mm. It is made of steel with a hardness of 200 HV, which guarantees high resistance to deformation and wear under mechanical stress.

The washer is surface-treated with white zinc plating, which provides protection against corrosion and increases its service life even in difficult conditions. Galvanizing is a process in which a layer of zinc is applied to the surface of steel, thereby increasing its resistance to oxidation and chemical influences.
