Ponal Super 3 D3 - 5 kg Waterproof dispersion adhesive Ponal Super 3 D3 Description One-component wood adhesive for bonding according to DIN EN 204/D3 Temperature resistance - Watt test 91 7 N/mm 2 Two-component wood adhesive for bonding according to DIN EN assembly bonding exterior and interior, e.g. windows and doors laminating window frames bonding of large surfaces, e.g. bonding HPL boards to chipboard on window sills, jointing, for example, kitchen work surfaces and bonding of all kinds in rooms with high humidity and temperature fluctuations. Material type Ponal Super 3: white polyvinyl acetate-based adhesive. Hardener Ponal D4: polyisocyanate. Special characteristics: high strength 91.7 N/mm2, transparent bonded joint, resistance to ageing, almost unlimited use even for heavy wood types. Technical data: pH value: approx. 3. Bond strength: Ponal Super 3 meets the requirements of DIN EN 204 class D3. After adding hardener, it meets the requirements of DIN EN 204/D4 Density (specific gravity): Ponal Super 3: approx. 1.1 g/cm3, Ponal D4 hardener: approx. 1.2 g/cm3 Pot life for D4 quality: 8 hours even at a material temperature of at least +5°C Consumption: approx. 150 g/m2 depending on the absorbency of the substrate Drying time: at room temperature (+20°C) maximum 12 minutes (glue D3) or 10 minutes (glue D4)
