Product detailed description

The Phillips countersunk head screw according to DIN 965, ČSN 021152 and ISO 7046 is designed for applications where an aesthetic and precise connection with a flat surface without protrusions is required. This screw has a metric M6 thread with a length of 100 mm and a thread pitch of 1.00 mm. The screw head is countersunk, which means that after installation it is flush with the surface of the material, thus achieving a smooth surface without protruding parts.

The Phillips cross recess type H3 allows for efficient torque transmission during assembly and disassembly, while reducing the risk of damage to the groove. The head diameter (dk) is 11 mm and the head height (k) is 3 mm, which ensures sufficient strength and stability of the connection.

The screw material is A2 grade stainless steel, which provides high corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in environments with higher humidity or slightly aggressive chemicals. The screw has no surface treatment, which is typical of stainless steel materials that naturally resist corrosion.

This screw is ideal for applications in engineering, construction and other industries where reliability and aesthetic appearance of the connection are required. It is suitable for use indoors and outdoors, while its design features guarantee long-term functionality and durability.
