The P10 material is designed for maintenance-free dry-running applications, but can also be used in systems with liquid lubrication.It consists of a sliding layer made of lead-based PTFE composite, which is applied to a middle layer of tin bronze. This dissipates heat well and ensures a strong bond with the supporting steel layer, which is electrolytically tinned for corrosion protection.
