Pattex Repair Extreme - 8 g Universal one-component flexible adhesive Pattex Repair Extreme based on FLEXTEC polymer, solvent-free for bonding absorbent and non-absorbent materials. Creates a strong bond resistant to shocks and impacts. For interior and exterior use. Not recommended for bonding PP, PE, PTFE (Teflon) and glass that is exposed to UV radiation and permanent moisture. Not only for bonding Pattex Repair Extreme can be used without fear not only for bonding, but also for filling cracks and fissures and many other purposes. The Pattex Repair Extreme surface finish can be painted and sanded after curing. Do not delay cleaning Although the application is very simple, sometimes we cannot avoid getting glue around the glued surfaces or other objects. Because the glue hardens very quickly, the surfaces must be cleaned as soon as possible, using a common solvent. Hardened glue can only be removed mechanically. This is the only way to achieve perfect results without unnecessary stress and repairs. Packaging: Tube 8 g Storage: Store in the original closed packaging in a dry and cool environment. Protect from frost and temperatures below +5 °C and above +30 °C. Instructions for use: 1. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. For better adhesion, roughen the surface. 2. Transparent bonding Apply the glue in a thin layer. Press the glued parts together and fix for at least 1 hour. Correction of the joint is possible within 5 minutes. 3. Bonding with joint filling Apply the adhesive in a thick layer to fill the joint (up to 5 mm). Join the glued parts and fix them for 1 to 3 hours. Do not touch or move the glued joint during this time. After 24 hours, approx. 70% of the final strength is achieved. 4. For high initial strength Apply the adhesive in an even thin layer to one or both glued materials and let it dry for approx. 4 to 9 minutes.
