Pattex Repair Epox Ultra Strong 5 min

Pattex Repair Epox Ultra Strong 5 min is a two-component epoxy adhesive without volatile solvents, which is universally usable for bonding, repairing and fixing a wide range of materials. Thanks to its ability to harden within 5 minutes, it is ideal for quick repairs and applications where high strength and durability are required. The product is suitable for use on materials such as wood, metal, glass, ceramics, rubber, stone, concrete, marble and most plastics except PP, PE, PTFE (Teflon) and polystyrene.

Pattex Repair Epoxy Ultra Strong 5 min is ideal for repairs and bonding in the home, workshop or industry. Examples of use include repairing broken ceramic objects, bonding metal parts, fixing glass components or joining wooden structures.

Typical properties:

Before hardening, the adhesive has a liquid consistency, which allows for easy application. After hardening, it achieves high strength and resistance to mechanical stress and chemicals. use:

1. Make sure that the surfaces to be bonded are dry, clean and free of grease. If possible, roughen the surfaces before bonding.

2. Remove the protective cap from the packaging.

3. Hold the adhesive syringe with the nozzle pointing upwards and break off the safety cap.

4. Insert and screw on the mixer as far as it will go.

5. When the syringe is pressed, the two components in the mixer are thoroughly mixed (the mixing ratio of components A and B is 1:1).

6. Apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces to be glued and press the two surfaces firmly together.

7. Remove excess adhesive immediately using pure alcohol.

8. After application, unscrew the mixer and wipe the tip of the syringe with a cloth. Replace the protective cap and store the syringe in its original packaging.

Available in a 11 ml syringe package.

Storage:

Store in the original, closed packaging at temperatures between +10 °C and +30 °C. The shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture.
