Pattex Chemoprén Universal PROFI is a highly effective universal contact adhesive designed for professional use. It is ideal for bonding a wide range of materials, including absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces such as wood, plastic, rubber, leather, sheet metal, glass, cork, cardboard and more. Thanks to its toluene-free composition, it is safer for users and more environmentally friendly. Application:

Pattex Chemoprén Universal PROFI is ideal for universal contact bonding of various materials including wood, plastics, rubber, leather, sheet metal, glass, cork and cardboard. It is not suitable for bonding polystyrene, Teflon, softened PVC, PE and PP. Before bonding porous or excessively absorbent materials such as cork or wood, we recommend that the material rub with diluted glue.

Typical properties:

Before hardening, the glue has a thick liquid consistency. After hardening, it achieves a high bond strength, which depends on the pressure of the glued parts.

Use for application:

We recommend using a notched trowel (with teeth F A1), a brush with short bristles or rollers. glue.

Instructions for use:

1. Make sure that the material to be glued is clean, dry and free of grease and dust.

2. Stir the glue thoroughly before use.

3. Apply a thin layer of glue to both glued surfaces.

4. Let the glue dry for about 15 minutes.

5. Place both glued parts together and press firmly.

6. The final bond strength is achieved after 24 hours.

Packaging:

Available in 1 l, 4.5 l and 10 l cans.

Storage:

Store in the original closed packaging in a dry place. Protect from frost, direct sunlight and temperatures below +5 °C and above +25 °C. The storage period is 24 months from the date of production.
