Pattex Chemoprene Transparent - 50 ml

Typical properties:

Before curing, the adhesive is transparent and easy to spread. After curing, it achieves high strength, resistance to aging and chemicals. The joints are resistant to temperature fluctuations and humidity.

Use for application:

It is recommended to use a brush or spatula to evenly apply the adhesive to the bonded surfaces.

Consumption:

approx. 280 - 400 ml/m².

Instructions for use:

1. Prepare the surface: The materials to be bonded must be clean, dry, free of dust and grease. Remove grease with a solvent, e.g. acetone.

2. Apply the adhesive: Spread the adhesive evenly onto the bonded surfaces with a brush or spatula.

3. Venting: Let the adhesive vent for approx. 5 - 10 minutes.

4. Joining: After venting, press the bonded parts together with as much force as possible for a few seconds.

5. Curing: Final strength is reached after 24 hours.

The product has been tested and meets the relevant standards for polyurethane-based adhesives. ml.

Storage:

Store in the original, closed packaging in a dry and well-ventilated place. Protect from temperatures below +5 °C and above +25 °C. The shelf life is 24 months from the date of production.
