Pattex Chemoprene Extreme Profi - 4.5 L

Application:

Pattex Chemoprén Extreme PROFI is ideal for contact bonding with very high strength. It is particularly suitable for bonding leather, wood, rubber, textiles, metals, plywood, cardboard and various hard plastic materials. It is also suitable for bonding insulating materials in areas exposed to higher temperatures, for example near heating. It is not suitable for bonding polystyrene, Teflon, plasticized PVC, PE and PP. Before curing, the adhesive has a thick liquid consistency, after curing it achieves high shear and peel strength. It is resistant to temperatures and water.

Use for application:

It is recommended to use a notched trowel with F A1 teeth, a short-bristle brush or a roller for even application of the adhesive.

Coverage:

For double-sided application, the consumption is 250 - 350 ml/m².

Instructions for use:

1. Make sure that the material to be glued is clean, dry and free of grease and dust.

2. Mix the adhesive thoroughly before use.

3. Apply a thin layer of adhesive to both surfaces using the recommended tool.

4. Let the adhesive layer air out for approx. 15 minutes.

5. Place both glued parts together and press firmly. The compressive strength is decisive for the strength of the joint.

6. You will reach the final strength after 24 hours.

Packaging:

Available packaging options include 1 l and 4.5 l cans.

Storage:

Store in the original, closed container. Protect from frost, direct sunlight and temperatures below +5 °C and above +25 °C. The storage period is 24 months from the date of production.
