Application:

Pattex Chemoprén Extreme is ideal for contact bonding with very high strength. It is particularly suitable for bonding leather, wood, rubber, textiles, metals, plywood, cardboard and various hard plastic materials. It is also suitable for bonding insulating materials in areas exposed to higher temperatures, for example near heating. It is not suitable for bonding polystyrene, Teflon, plasticized PVC, PE and PP. Before curing, the adhesive has a high viscosity and is easy to apply. After curing, it achieves high bond strength and is resistant to temperature fluctuations and humidity. adhesives.

For double-sided application, the consumption is 250 - 350 ml/m².

Instructions for use:

1. Make sure that the material to be bonded is clean, dry and free of grease and dust.

2. When bonding smooth materials such as metal or plastic, we recommend additional roughening of the bonded surfaces to increase the strength of the bond.

3. Mix the adhesive thoroughly before use.

4. Apply a thin layer of glue to both surfaces and let it dry for about 10-15 minutes.

5. Place both glued parts together and press firmly. The strength of the joint is determined by the force of the pressure, not the duration of the pressure.

6. The final strength is reached after 24 hours.
