Ceresit CF 920

Ceresit CF 920 is a two-component, fast-setting injection mortar based on styrene-free reactive resins, intended for anchoring with high load-bearing capacity. This product is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, including permanently damp substrates. Thanks to its easy application using a conventional cartridge gun, it is suitable for a wide range of applications, including the fastening of rods, threaded anchors, gates, fences, machines, railings, handrails, masts, sanitary equipment and other elements. Application: for interior conditions, exterior atmospheric influences, industrial and maritime environments and permanently damp interior conditions. Ideal for fastening heavy elements such as I-beams, balconies, railings, and professional connections after installation.

Before curing: Easy application, fast hardening. After curing: High strength, chemical and temperature resistance.

Use for application:

Recommended tools include a conventional cartridge gun or a special gun depending on the cartridge type. For optimal results, use the static mixing nozzle and the brush to clean the holes.

Coverage:

A 300 ml cartridge provides coverage for solid concrete and masonry for the given diameter, e.g. M8 anchor: <56 applications.

Instructions for use:

1. Prepare the substrate according to national standards.

2. Drill the hole to the required depth.

3. Clean the hole with compressed air and a brush.

4. Attach the static mixing nozzle to the cartridge.

5. Squeeze out a small portion of the mortar until it is consistent.

6. Fill the hole with mortar from below.

7. Insert the anchor rod and rotate slightly.

8. Allow to cure for the recommended time before loading.
