Universal flexible adhesive Pattex 100% with a gel consistency based on FLEXTEC polymer without solvents. Ideal for bonding and minor repairs of stressed joints. Thanks to its gel consistency, it does not run or drip, therefore it is also suitable for applications on vertical surfaces. Bonding on absorbent substrates: Bond highly absorbent substrates (e.g. wood) with a larger amount of adhesive. In some cases, it is good to apply adhesive to both bonded surfaces. Bonding of painted surfaces: Pattex 100% can also be applied to painted surfaces. In this case, however, we recommend performing a compatibility test with the given surface. Packaging: Tube 8 g Storage: Store in the original closed packaging in a dry and cool environment. Protect from direct sunlight. INSTRUCTIONS For use: 1. The surface must be clean, dry, free of dust and grease. 2. On non-absorbent substrates, apply a thin layer of adhesive to one bonded surface, on absorbent substrates, apply to both bonded surfaces. Select the amount of adhesive according to the absorbency of the substrate. The more absorbent, the more adhesive. 3. Press the bonded surfaces immediately after applying the adhesive. Secure heavy objects on vertical surfaces for at least 30 minutes using adhesive tape or clamps. 4. The adhesive reaches its final strength after approx. 24 hours. Pattex 100% - 50 g blister.
