    Orlen UNICOOL MIKRO EP - Detailed description of its main function and use:

    Orlen UNICOOL Mikro EP is a semi-synthetic emulsifying concentrate containing EP (Extreme Pressure) additives, intended for universal use in machining and grinding various metals. This product mixes easily with water (both hard and soft), creating durable, biostable microemulsions with extended service life and excellent processing properties, including anti-corrosion properties, which are achieved at low working concentrations. Orlen UNICOOL Mikro EP concentrate does not contain biocides or other harmful substances (phenols, nitrite), and is resistant to bacteria and fungi.

It can also be used for machining aluminum alloys. The high resistance of the emulsion film reinforced with EP additives allows for excellent results in demanding machining operations. The good dispersion of the emulsion and its wetting properties allow for easy friction reduction and heat dissipation from the machining area, ensuring a clean working environment. Recommended concentrations: Hard grinding: 3-5%
