HARTEX 120
formerly known as Mogul TK46

HARTEX 120 is a quenching oil made from highly refined petroleum base oils, enriched with additives that improve cooling capacity and protect against deposits. This oil is intended for heat treatment, especially in controlled atmosphere furnaces, where high surface cleanliness of the hardened material is required.

Advantages:

• High resistance to deposit formation on hardened surfaces. for use in controlled atmosphere furnaces.

• Kinematic viscosity at 40°C: 48.5 mm?/s
• Pour point: -15°C
• Possibility point: 89°C/s

Application:
HARTEX 120 is designed for heat treatment of cast iron and steel components, especially when used in closed controlled atmosphere furnaces. The recommended oil bath temperature is 110–130°C, which ensures optimal performance during hardening.

Storage:
Store in a dry and cool environment away from direct sunlight to maintain the oil's properties.
