    Orlen EMULGOL ES-12

    Orlen EMULGOL ES-12 is a high-performance machining oil based on highly refined mineral oil, ionic and non-ionic emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and enrichment additives. This product is designed to provide excellent lubricating and cooling properties when machining steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals and their alloys. Orlen EMULGOL ES-12 does not contain nitrite, chlorine, heavy metals or phenols, which ensures safety and environmental friendliness in use.

  • Technology: Highly refined mineral oil with ionic and non-ionic. Emulsifying machining oil.
  • Appearance at 20°C: Homogeneous, clear, amber-colored liquid.

  • Viscosity: Kinematic viscosity at 40°C is 30.5 mm?/s. 12°C.
  • Appearance of 5% emulsion in water at 20°C: Milky emulsion.

    • Application:

    Orlen EMULGOL ES-12 is used as an emulsifying oil in the form of an aqueous cooling and lubricating emulsion for machining steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals and their alloys. The recommended concentration of Orlen EMULGOL ES-12 emulsion (with water with a hardness of 15°N) varies depending on the type of machining and the type of material:

  • Grinding: 35%
  • Turning, milling, drilling, reaming: 510%
