The 14 x 1 O-ring is a rubber seal designed to prevent the loss of liquid or gas. The sealing ability depends not only on the O-ring, but also on the installation space. The O-ring is shaped like an annulus, a ring with a circular cross-section. The installation space, usually a groove, serves to accommodate the O-ring. The connection of the O-ring elements and the sealed space creates a seal.
Material MVQ silicone rubber, suitable for environments with acids and alkalis, partially resistant to non-aggressive oils, especially at higher temperatures. They are extremely resistant to oxygen, weathering and ozone. Most rubber is harmless to health.
