Molykote Gn Plus is an assembly paste with solid lubricants, designed for the assembly or running-in of metal parts. Molykote Gn Plus assembly and running-in paste has excellent anti-corrosion effects, greatly facilitates disassembly and, due to its excellent properties, can be used in a number of industrial applications where:
·high load capacity,·low coefficient of friction,
·protection against wear of machine parts with little movement,
·running-in lubricant for new machines and gears,
·good protection against corrosion, vibration corrosion and pitting,·wide temperature range of use from -25 °C to +450 °C,·elimination of the possibility of material deformation depending on. Molykote Gn Plus grease is ideal, for example, as a permanent lubricant for machine parts that move only slightly and also as a lubricant for drills, saws and thread cutters. Molykote Gn Plus is also used for lubricating threaded spindles, gears, worm gears and gearboxes, screws, valves, pumps, washers for nuts or seals, flanged screw joints, for mounting and adjusting rolling bearings, etc.
