Molykote D-96 AFC is an excellent transparent water-based sliding varnish (air-drying dry lubricant). This dry lubricant is intended for lubrication and corrosion protection and for creating sliding contact of materials in metal/metal and metal/plastic combinations, but is also compatible with leather.
The water-dilutable dry lubricant Molykote D-96 AFC creates a high-quality surface finish on a variety of surfaces and thus meets the requirements for use in particular in the automotive industry:
·transparent sliding varnish,
·protection of metals against corrosion,·excellent lubricating properties,·excellent lubricant for metal, plastics, elastomers and leather,
·low and constant coefficient of friction at various temperatures,
