Molykote 1122 spray is a special synthetic lubricant (synthetic grease containing PAO-based solid lubricants) designed for the lubrication of chains, bearings, open gears, etc. It is used as an excellent lubricant in many industrial applications or for quick and easy emergency lubrication where:
·extreme adhesion to the surface,
·resistance to high pressure and water,
·high protection of the equipment against wear,·synthetic lubricant with temperature resistance up to 16 open gears,
·lubrication of plain bearings operating at low speeds and high temperatures.
Molykote 1122 spray lubricant is ideal for the initial lubrication of chains with hollow links and lubrication pins, e.g. for lubricating conveyor chains in food sterilization units or in the textile industry. It is also used for lubricating bearings in drying equipment and calendaring machines or as a synthetic grease for a wide variety of production processes and industrial equipment.
