Product detailed description

Lukopren N 1000 - Silicone polymer

Polymeric low-viscosity liquid, which, when mixed with a catalyst, vulcanizes at normal temperatures to a clear silicone rubber. It is used for potting electrical components (LED), surface bonding of glass surfaces, wherever excellent flowability and a transparent protective layer are required. Packaging: cardboard (including catalyst)

Protective potting with clear silicone polymer Lukopren N 1000

  • Potting and encapsulation of electrical components - surface protective layer against water, moisture, UV radiation, dust and mechanical damage, temperature and chemicals
    (LED technology, optical assemblies. flat).
  • electrical insulation or separation layers
  • surface flexible bonding of smooth surfaces (glass, crystals) in optics and glassmaking, using primer & two-component rubbers Lukopren N

for vulcanization of rubber, it is necessary to precisely dose Lukopren Catalyst N

the vulcanizate has very low adhesion to most substrates, which is an advantage for subsequent repairs of cast assemblies. To increase adhesion, it is necessary to use a base primer (Lukopren Primer A or N).

The advantage of Lukopren N 1000 is excellent flowability, trouble-free connection with already hardened vulcanizate, transparency of the vulcanizate, and possibly easy recolorability (Pigment pastes).
