Lubline VDL 46, 68, 100 - Compressor oils of exceptional quality
Lubline VDL 46, 68, 100 are high-quality compressor oils that have been developed for use in demanding conditions of air and gas compressors. These oils are formulated on the basis of modern hydrogenation technology, which ensures their extremely low volatility. They contain a special ashless complex additive that improves thermal and oxidative stability and other performance properties. Lubline VDL oils are characterized by low foaming and excellent demulsification ability.

  Application: Lubline VDL oils are ideal for lubricating air and gas compressors with high demands on lubricant.

• Lubline VDL 46 and 68: They are used for lubricating rotary (most often screw) compressors with higher loads and are also suitable for turbocompressors with an outlet temperature of up to 100 °C.
• Lubline VDL 100: Designed for high loads up to 220 °C, especially if oils with lower performance are not suitable.

Storage: Store in closed containers in ventilated areas at temperatures up to 40 °C. The warehouse must be equipped with a first aid kit and a source of drinking water. Avoid spilling the product due to the risk of slipping.

Safety: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and safety glasses or face shield. Keep a safe distance from ignition sources. At higher temperatures or mechanical spraying, vapors/aerosols may be formed that cause irritation of the eyes and respiratory tract. Ensure measurement of the concentration of pollutants (oil aerosols) in the workplace air.
