Lubline TK 46 - Thermal Hardening Oil
Lubline TK 46 is a high-quality quenching oil that is specially designed for thermal hardening. It is composed of carefully selected deeply refined base oils and special additives that ensure optimal hardening characteristics, excellent thermal and thermo-oxidative stability. This product is ideal for applications where medium cooling rates and minimal deformation of hardened parts are required.

Application: Lubline TK 46 is a universal quenching oil suitable for use in thermal 1 when hot. It is ideal for applications in open quenching systems as well as in systems with a controlled atmosphere. Typical applications include quenching of machine components, tools and other metal parts, where the emphasis is on minimal deformation and optimal cooling rates. UHV

Storage: Lubline TK 46 should be stored in closed containers in ventilated areas at temperatures up to 40°C. Storage areas must be equipped with a first aid kit and a source of drinking water. It is important to prevent spillage of the product due to the risk of slipping.

Safety: It is necessary to avoid contact with skin and eyes. It is recommended to use suitable protective clothing, protective gloves and protective goggles or a face shield. It is important to maintain a safe distance from ignition sources. At higher temperatures or mechanical spraying, vapors/aerosols may be formed that cause irritation of the eyes and respiratory tract. It is necessary to ensure measurement of the concentration of pollutants (oil aerosols) in the air of the workplace.
