Lubline TK 22 is a high-performance quenching oil intended mainly for use in closed furnaces, including furnaces with a controlled atmosphere with an oil bath temperature of up to 100°C. Thanks to its intensive cooling effect, it is ideal for the so-called rapid quenching of low-alloy and alloy steels of smaller dimensions (deformations may occur in the case of dimensionally longer parts - shafts, flat steel parts, etc.). It ensures excellent mechanical properties of the hardened part. It is characterized by a high cooling rate and a wide range of applications. It is also suitable for continuous furnaces. Store in closed containers, in ventilated areas at temperatures up to 40°C. The warehouse must be equipped with a first aid kit and a source of drinking water.
